Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it a cozy retreat. The manager, Allen, was very helpful and friendly. However, the dining options were limited, and the location was a bit secluded but still conveniently close to restaurants and activities.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like cleanliness and comfort, with a few drawbacks like noise issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms, while inexpensive and small, did come equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge, offering some convenience. The insulation was great, keeping the room quiet and reducing outside noise. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it looked like there had been a bit of a mess left behind. The service was excellent overall, with helpful staff who accommodated special requests, but there were some instances of staff members being ignorant about surrounding restaurants. The location was decent, being close to where I needed to go and offering a balance of being slightly removed from the main area while still being near restaurants and activities. However, it was a bit disappointing that amenities like coffee weren't readily available when guests wanted them. The dining experience was basic, not quite meeting 4-5-star standards, but still satisfactory, with one standout incident of inappropriate behavior from a staff member. Overall, the hotel offered some good value for the price paid, but there were areas that could use improvement.
